Senior Content Designer

Lead Content Designer

  • Led LovedBy Design’s content design proposition, consulting a range of clients – including Lloyds Banking Group, Cambridge University and AXA Health – on the paramount role content plays at the intersection of customer experience, product, and service design

  • Employed design thinking and human-centred design principles to illuminate business problems and reveal user needs before conceptualising, devising and delivering tailored content solutions

  • Created content strategies, typologies and processes that enabled iterative production suited to audience demand

  • Structured material into information architectures and distribution models, allowing it to be discovered intuitively and frictionlessly

  • Integrated quantitative and qualitative research data, using statistical techniques and in-depth analysis to inductively uncover insights and empirically validate solutions, ensuring work was always calibrated to measurable performance and the best available evidence

  • Designed and edited a termly newsletter (“Thinking & Learning”) that was distributed to all staff and featured articles from fellow teachers sharing advice and ideas to improve teaching and learning practices

  • Designed posters and signage for the History Department to inspire and inform students, and portray a coherent image that represents and encourages professionalism

  • Compiled a learning statement, jointly conceived by students and staff, and rendered it into a clear and attractive graphic that is now displayed around the school to project a common ethic

  • Assisted students and staff in operating a project to commemorate the centenary of World War One: sitting on the commemorations panel managing and coordinating its efforts, producing branding and publicity materials, contacting local press and businesses to secure funding and promote the project raising money for the British Legion

  • Researched, created and managed numerous PPC (pay-per-click) digital marketing accounts

  • Liaised with clients and colleagues to devise and implement effective marketing strategies that successfully maximised ROI
